Ashley Palatiello, M.Ed.,
RDN, CEDRD-S
Ashley is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds degrees in Psychology and Dietetics. She completed the VCU Health System Dietetic Internship, where she specialized in Pediatric Nutrition and broadened her understanding of the nutritional impact of various disease states. Ashley has worked extensively with clients suffering from disordered eating, in residential treatment centers and in outpatient settings and has a passion for helping clients gain a healthy relationship with food.
Ashley encourages her clients to improve their relationships with food by preparing individualized meal plans, implementing food exposure and providing nutrition education. Ashley recently completed a Masters of Education in Counseling at George Mason University, which provides her with additional skills in working with clients who have eating disorders. Ashley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Supervisor (CEDRD-S). She is a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders, the International Association for Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP), the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians. Ashley sees clients in both the Herndon and Gainesville, VA locations.

Liz Toland, MS, RDN
Liz is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds degrees in Psychology and Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. She completed the VCU Health System Dietetic Internship where she specialized in Clinical Nutrition and completed rotations at an eating disorder treatment center. Liz later worked at this same facility, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.
Liz's passion for nutrition counseling began during her undergraduate studies when she counseled individuals as part of her dietetic course work. Liz's food philosophy is that all foods fit into a balanced lifestyle, and finding the right path to health is unique for each individual. She aims to help clients achieve balance through intuitive eating and eating competence principles.
Liz received her Masters of Science in Dietetics from Kansas University Medical Center and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Liz is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians, and the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). Liz sees clients in the Richmond, VA office.

Melissa Stitt, RDN
Melissa is a graduate of Auburn University and holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed the Morrison Chartwells Dietetic Internship with a focus in Clinical Nutrition.
After gaining invaluable work experience as a clinical dietitian, Melissa began working at an eating disorder treatment facility. Melissa has worked with clients in the inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. Melissa is excited to work in the outpatient setting to help clients individually to restore their relationship with food.
Melissa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Melissa sees clients in the Gainesville, VA office.

Amanda Sevinsky, RDN
Amanda is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds degrees in Spanish and Dietetics. She completed the VCU Health System dietetic internship where she specialized in clinical nutrition and pediatrics.
After graduating, Amanda worked in Washington, DC at Children’s National Hospital where she specialized in nutrition support and worked on the Bone Marrow Transplant and inpatient eating disorders units. She developed a passion for nutrition counseling while helping patients eat well for recovery through individualized meal plans. Since moving home to Richmond, Amanda has worked with both pre-kidney transplant patients and in neonatal intensive care.
Amanda believes that all foods can play an important role in cultivating health and well-being. She is thrilled to be in the outpatient setting to help clients achieve their individual health and wellness goals and improve their relationships with food. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and sees clients in the Richmond, VA office.
